About Chef Delzad Avari

Chef Delzad is a Le Cordon Bleu, London Alumni. He has worked in kitchens all over the world, including F&B hubs like Mumbai, Dubai, Maldives, Trinidad and Tobago.

His expertise lies in European cuisine, but his first love has always been his native Parsi food! His fondest childhood memories include his beloved maasi, Hira Wadia, handing him down their beloved family recipes.

Chef Delzad is now bringing his maasi to Magazine St. Kitchen to serve us a full-blown Parsi wedding feast!

What to expect?

You can expect a total carnivore’s treat. From the Patra ni Macchi to Mutton Pulao with the spicy Dhansaak Dal. These recipes have been in their family for 80 years!

Please note that this is a 100% non-vegetarian meal with no vegetarian or vegan alternatives.

Please note that the private dining room is on the 1st floor and we do not have elevator access.

Cancellation Policy:

If you can’t make it to the event, please get in touch with our team at least 48 hours prior to the event date. We will issue a credit note of 50% which you can use across our brands (The Table Colaba, Mag St., Mag St. Bread Co, Events at Magazine St. Kitchen). We cannot issue any credit notes or refunds less than 48 hours before the event.
