Prachet launched Brown Koji Boy to bridge the gap between traditional and modern flavours. He learnt the abundant potential of Koji-based fermentation which led him to curate an exclusive range of products that celebrate the diversity of Indian produce through a fusion of traditional and modern Asian fermentation techniques.

We cannot issue any credit notes or refunds less than 48 hours before the event.
