About the Chefs:

Chef Chris is a powerhouse in India’s live-fire cooking scene. He’s also the owner and pit-master of the famed Cravings by Chris in Goa. He is considered to be one of the best barbecue pit-masters in India and is famous for his excellent cuts of meats, and smoking techniques.

Chef Chris has become a cultural icon in the Indian barbecue scene and is revered for his traditional, slow-cooked barbecue techniques, as well as his deep knowledge of meat science and flavours.

Chef Shriya Shetty specialises in sustainable heritage recipes from the Mangaluru region on India’s southwest coast. She is also the founder of BuCo. Artisanal Bakehouse in Mangalore. Known as The Queen of Ghee Roast within the food community, Chef Shriya effortlessly combines traditional Mangalorean food with modern techniques!

What to expect?

Armed with a strict zero-waste and all-meat policy, Chef Chris Fernandes and Chef Shriya Shetty are uniting for a 4-hands feast at Magazine St. Kitchen!

What started as a rural British tradition has now turned into an eating philosophy. ‘Leave nothing out’ is the backbone of this spread — and our two experts are skilled at just that. With a range of distinct meats, they’re keen on turning bold cuts into a full meal.

Please note that the private dining room is on the 1st floor and we do not have elevator access.

Cancellation Policy:

If you can’t make it to the event, please get in touch with our team at least 48 hours prior to the event date. We will issue a credit note of 50% which you can use across our brands (The Table Colaba, Mag St., Mag St. Bread Co, Events at Magazine St. Kitchen). We cannot issue any credit notes or refunds less than 48 hours before the event.
