With 16 years of experience in European cuisine and 36 countries under his apron, Chef Aniket has cooked up a storm on cruise lines worldwide, but Italy stole his heart. His global culinary expertise shines through our diverse menu, with pizzas taking center stage. When he’s not donning his chef’s hat, you’ll find him trading it for a gaming headset, organising Battle Ground Mobile India (BGMI) tournaments at the cafe during break time.
