A true task master and taste maker at The Table. Known to be extra generous on the rare occasion he is seen smiling or taking it easy in the middle of a busy service.
Chef Louis has been cooking for over 20 years. With no formal culinary training, he has learnt his craft entirely on the job. He joined Gauri Devidayal & Jay Yousuf as part of The Table pre-opening team in 2010 and has worked his way to being the Head Chef at The Table.
