Chef Louis has been cooking for over 20 years. With no formal culinary training, he has learnt his craft entirely on the job. He joined Gauri Devidayal & Jay Yousuf as part of The Table pre-opening team in 2010 and has worked his way to being the Head Chef at The Table.
