Dzükou Tribal Kitchen is bringing the flavours of the Seven Sisters to Magazine St. Kitchen!

Karen Yepthomi founded Dzükou Tribal Kitchen in 2014, which is an authentic Naga cuisine restaurant located in the centre of New Delhi. Their mission is to introduce Naga cuisine to the rest of the country and eventually taking it to the culinary map of the world.

What To Expect?

From the heart of the hills, comes a trove of stories – some unheard of but all delicious. Chef Yaren Yepthomi from Dzukou Tribal Kitchen is on a mission to plot Naga and its neighbouring cuisine’s delicacies on the global map. And soon, she will be at Magazine St. Kitchen to embark on a culturally-rich culinary journey with us. An advocate for every cuisine being an acquired taste, she understands the complexity of flavours before bringing them to the table.

Soon you’ll see signatures like smoked pork with axone and other classics from the Seven Sisters take over and break the monotony. Spicy at its core and fermented to perfection, let each dish take you by surprise, one bite at a time.

Chef Karen Yepthomi is the Founder and Head Chef of Dzükou Tribal Kitchen. She is a well-known face in the country’s culinary field. She has created employment opportunities in her kitchen to the youth from the Northeast and as well as from other parts of the country.

Please note that the private dining room is on the 1st floor and we do not have elevator access.

Cancellation Policy:

If you can’t make it to the event, please get in touch with our team at least 48 hours prior to the event date. We will issue a credit note of 50% which you can use across our brands (The Table Colaba, Mag St., Mag St. Bread Co, Events at Magazine St. Kitchen). We cannot issue any credit notes or refunds less than 48 hours before the event.
